(Undated) -- Experts on Iraq say a lot needs to be done about the situation with ISIS. Former Obama National Security Adviser Jim Jones and former U.S. Ambassador in Iraq Zalmay Khalilzad appeared on CNN's "State of the Union" to discuss the issue. Jones says Iraq needs a new prime minister who can reach out to the Kurds and Sunnis while neutralizing ISIS. Khalilzad says Prime Minister Al-Maliki needs more time to organize his government while the United States must exercise leadership to find more allies in the Middle East.
