(Undated) -- Four-million Americans are now signed up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. The Obama administration announced Tuesday that about 700-thousand people have signed up so far this month. The open enrollment period, which began disastrously last October, is scheduled to run through the end of March. Administration officials said before enrollment started that they expected seven-million people to sign up through the state-based online marketplaces created by the program known as Obamacare.
