(Denver, CO) -- A bill to help property owners following disasters is up for a final vote in the state House today. It would grant a tax exemption for those destroyed properties. Longmont lawmaker Jonathan Singer is calling it the "if you can't find it, you can't tax it" bill. His district was hit hard by catastrophic flooding last September. If passed, it will move over to the state Senate.
