Christmas Expo Raffle Prize Drawings Official Contest Rules

1. The “Christmas Expo Raffle Prize Drawings” Contest (“Contest”) is open to all U.S. residents 18 years of age or older who fill out an official entry form between 9:00AM-5:59PM MST at the KBIQ-FM table labeled as the “Christmas Expo Raffle Prize Drawing” table at the Christmas Expo event held on November 21, 2015 at the Colorado Springs Event Center located at 3960 Palmer Park Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80909 (“Christmas Expo”).  Each entrant may only fill out one (1) entry form and must not have accumulated over $600 in prizes from station in the past 12 months.  Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family and household members of Bison Media, Inc., owner and operator of KBIQ(FM), KGFT(FM) and KZNT(AM) (“Radio Station”), its parent company, its parent’s affiliated companies, its advertising and promotion agencies and Christmas Expo event sponsors and vendors are not eligible to participate in the Contest. 

2. At 11:00AM, 11:30AM, 12:00PM, 12:30PM, 1:00PM, 1:30PM, 2:00PM, 2:30PM, 3:00PM, 3:30PM, 4:00PM, 5:00PM, 5:50PM and 6:00PM, one (1) entry form will be drawn for one (1) Raffle Prize at the Christmas Expo. Entrant must be present to win at the time of drawing and cannot substitute a stand-in entrant. If the entrant for the ticket drawn is not present, Radio Station will select another ticket until a ticket is drawn with the entrant present.

3. There will be a total of fourteen (14) Raffle Prizes.  The Raffle Prizes include: three (3) four-packs of tickets to Amsoil ArenaCross at the World Arena on February 4-7, 2016 with an approximate retail value of $80; seven (7) $100 gift cards to the Outlets at Castle Rock; two (2) four-packs of tickets to Disney Jr. Live at Pikes Peak Center January 31, 2016 with an approximate retail value of $120 each; one (1) $500 gift card to the Outlets at Castle Rock; and one (1) $500 gift card to the Chapel Hills Mall (collectively, “Raffle Prizes”). Taxes, titles, and fees must be paid by Raffle Prize winner.  No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent will be given for the Raffle Prizes; provided, Radio Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

4. The Raffle Prize Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability, a W-9 tax form, and, where lawful, publicity release. The Raffle Prize Winners must complete the Radio Station prize release form at the time of winning at the Christmas Expo. If Radio Station does not receive the affidavit and release at the Christmas Expo, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.  Except where prohibited by law, by signing the affidavit and release, the winner grants permission to the use of his or her, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, service mark, voice, biographical/other information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and other promotions by Radio Station without additional compensation.  Each Raffle Prize will be awarded at the Christmas Expo event after prize release form is completed by winner. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received and the number of winning entrants present at the Raffle Prize drawing.  Radio Station is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible or mishandled entries.

5. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Contest Judge.  All decisions regarding the Contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the General Manger of Radio Station (“Contest Judge”), whose decisions shall be final.  The Contest Judge may prohibit an entrant from participating in this Contest, in his sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Contest Judge, the entrant fails to abide by these rules, or acts (i) in an unprofessional manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Radio Station, its parent company, its parent’s affiliated companies or its advertising and promotion agencies, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner.  The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and for all license, registration, and other fees or charges for the Grand Prize.  All federal, state, and local laws apply.  Void where prohibited.  By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold Radio Station, its parent company and its parent’s affiliated companies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties.
