Kitchen Essentials
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been writing about what I use when I cook. Sometimes I include links in my recipes, so I thought since the holidays are upon us I’d do a post of many of my favorite essentials that I use on a regular basis. Some of these are more holiday specific—like the roasting pan I use for my spatchcock turkey at thanksgiving. Other items are ones I use all year round and have simplified my cooking routines.
