This is a fast, easy recipe that is sure to be a crowd pleaser. It can be made days in advance and refrigerated. !

Ingredients
1 lb whole Brussels sprouts
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 c olive oil
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp herbes de Provence

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Clean Brussels sprouts by cutting off little brown end and peeling off the top layer of leaves, then cut each sprout in half starting at the root end. Take the widest, oven-safe sauté pan you have and literally dump in all ingredients in any order. This avoids dirtying a separate bowl. Use your hands to mix the halved sprouts with the oil and spices in the pan, then arrange each sprout half in the pan, sliced half down, so the wide part has contact with the pan. Place on lower rack of oven and pan roast for 20 minutes until a slight char forms on each side. Remove from oven and serve!
