I wrote this song several years ago and this version is from Amy Serabranski CD titled Hold Fast. I wrote the song around 1999 after being inspired by Langston Hughes poem, Hold Fast to Dreams. The song uses the poem but the melodies, music, and lyrics for the verses are all original. The photos use public domain photos as well as other photos and I am using them under fair use copyright permissions. The song is to inspire others to dream and not give up on their dreams.

This video using my own private images and my song which I wrote myself called I NEVER REALISED gives some of the biblical statements about who Jesus is. I use all the references which use the word "of" like "The King of kings" etc.

It was the summer of ’92 when I met a young man who affected me like no one I had ever met before, or since. My desire to be in his company had me feeling like a silly love struck teenager. I felt out of control and very vulnerable. This caused me to seek my Maker’s advice. When the Holy Spirit whispered to me “Turn to Psalm 45” I had no idea what I would find. You can imagine my excitement and astonishment when I discovered Psalm 45 to be a wedding song. This threw me into a whirlwind of craziness, as it became more and more clear He was telling me that I would one day marry this young man. It was then I wrote this song. A long 12 months later, we had our first date (see the photo of us sitting together on a pink blanket @ 1.30mins).<br /><br />In May (2012) we will have been married 15 very happy years, and the words in this song are as true today as they were when I penned them almost 20 years ago. Love you, Paul. Thanks for being an amazing husband and a wonderful Dad. xx<br />
