The Alliance Defending Freedom says the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights last week has granted the request of three high school athletes to investigate their allegations of illegal discrimination.

In their request, ADF notes that ever since the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference adopted a policy that allows biological males who claim to be female to compete in girls’ athletic events, boys have consistently deprived three female athletes of honors and opportunities to compete at elite levels.

The Wall Street Journal notes that since the athletic conference enacted its liberal gender-identity policy, two men have won 15 women’s state championships—titles that were held by 10 different…girls the previous year.”
