On Friday morning, Hugh Hewitt was on PostLive with The Washington Post's Jonathan Capehart and Ruth Marcus discussing the fairness of the voting process in the upcoming 2024 election.
After Hewitt referenced a lawsuit brought by the Republican National Committee, Capehart said he "[doesn't] appreciate being lectured about reporting."

Hewitt then left the broadcast leaving Capehart and Marcus to discuss a recent column written by Marcus until the show was disrupted by technical issues.
UPDATE: Hewitt is no longer a columnist for the Washington post.
He told Fox News Digital “I have in fact quit the Post but I was only writing a column for them every six weeks or so.
