Todd Gamboa
Todd Gamboa, host of New Home Solutions Radio is the President of Building Trust LLC, and New Home Solutions USA. He has been in the building industry for 30 years, managing private and public homebuilding companies. As a homebuilder, building science expert and public speaker, he has trained thousands of builders, architects, contractors, code officials, appraisers, sales professionals, and REALTORS® across the country. He has designed, launched and managed energy efficiency programs for state and federal governmental agencies and utility providers. His interactive and effective sales trainings, described as “Info-tainment” are offered by utility companies, homebuilder and Realtor associations, “Green” businesses, and organizations throughout the US. Mr. Gamboa is also an inductee into the Built Green Hall of Fame and recipient of several US Government Sustainability Awards.
Mr. Gamboa is also the proud father of four, a carpenter, and lifelong athlete. He volunteers helping people with special needs and enjoys coaching high school football.
