Attorney Generals from 19 states have sent a letter to Costco, warning the bulk retailer to ditch it’s diversity, equity, and inclusion policies – or face the consequences.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is spearheading the effort that details how the DEI policies are illegal when they discriminate based on a person’s race.

In the letter, the AGs are accusing Costco of reverse racism and giving the company 30 days to repeal its DEI policies or explain why it hasn’t. The letter also explains to Costco’s CEO, how their DEI policies go against the Supreme Court’s 2023 ruling repealing affirmative action.
