A man who allegedly made death threats aimed at Elon Musk had a rifle, ammunition and a bulletproof vest inside his home when arrested by Indiana State Police.

Authorities started investigating the threats after 28-year-old David Allen June Cherry allegedly made threats on social media toward Musk earlier this month.

Cherry was found in Clarksville, Indiana, and was arrested.

Cherry has been charged with intimidation. He’s currently being held in the Harrison County Jail without bond.

US Attorney Ed Martin is also investigating “protestors” in DC who called for Elon and President Trump to be “Luigi’d,” begging for someone to assassinate them like Luigi Mangione did to United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
