Charisa Munroe understands the effects of grief and what it can bring. In 2014, Munroe’s entire world was shaken when her parents, Myles Munroe and his wife Ruth, were killed in a plane crash. Munroe describes that day and what she lost in a sit-down interview with Jamaal Bernard on his podcast Off Script. “It was a terrible day, many people at first thought that I was on the plane. I was supposed to be on the plane, but flew out earlier.” In this rare sit-down interview, Munroe opens up about how her world changed, along with what she learned from her parents and the faith that they left behind for her to keep going.
